- This data was originally created from individual scheme centerline data provided by Matthew Armstrong (Environment; Transport Planning & Policy) in September 2002.
The amalgamated centrelines file was then created by Steve Bayley.
The location of some schemes was originally represented by a centre point, these have been captured as lines with a minimal (virtual zero) length in order to create a single file containing all schemes (as required by Land Charges).
